7.00 AM Music



This remarkable article (which I had read over the weekend, and which was sent to me on email this morning by a friend as a timely reminder) made me pause in my working morning to seek out and listen to Bach's very beautiful "Chaconne", again.

The saddest thing


The saddest (or most telling) thing about this article isn't that people didn't stop... it was that they were in too much of hurry to stop -- to get to that job they're always afraid they'll lose.

Like me, right now. ^__^

how much would their life would have changed, I wonder? On a related note, I always stop - ok not in the work week - to listen to buskers where ever I am. Last night, it was an old Ukrainian lute player playing to candle light on windy Bloor St in Toronto.
